"Julie Orlov has provided Life Steps Foundation, Inc. with consulting services over the past few years, including training, management, executive coaching, and management team facilitations. During the last three months, she trained our managers and directors on critical thinking. This training included systems thinking, creative problem solving and ethical decision-making. It helped our managers understand their impact on their divisions and on the company from a systemic perspective. Our managers much welcomed and benefited from the concepts Julie introduced and are currently implementing their learning throughout the organization.
Julie Orlov is a talented facilitator, diagnostician, teacher and agent of change. She paraphrases information so that it is accessible to all learners. She provides a forum for active participation, for real-time information processing and for discussing issues that participants face in their current work environment. All the feedback within Life Steps that I receive about Julie Orlov's work is positive-we continue to use her services.
