I think this distinction is a powerful one. The days I feel most empowered are those days that I choose consciously to be - so my attire choice, my word choice, my decisions that day are more focused around the entire idea of being and not just doing a task. I choose basically one thing at a time to focus on being since to do it really well seems to take some conscious effort. I have to pay attention. Do you have any advice on how to "be" in more than one area at the same time? For example, be kind and be powerful and be effective - all at once without having to put so much work into it?
