Julie Orlov is both an organizational consultant and a licensed psychotherapist, providing quality services to both individual and corporate clients, since 1988. She holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University, a Master’s Degree in Social Work from USC, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from UCLA. She has certifications in organizational development, human resources, and mediation.

As an organizational Consultant, Julie Orlov has worked with a variety of businesses in diverse sectors. These include corporations, educational institutions, small businesses, and start-up entrepreneurial enterprises. She helps organizations achieve their goals by accurately assessing the current business state and determining specific interventions that will lead to the desired results. Julie Orlov is a powerful change agent. Her ability to connect and work with people of diverse backgrounds and staff positions, enable the process of transformation to occur. Over the years, Julie Orlov has developed powerful skills as a coach, trainer, facilitator, and speaker.

As a psychotherapist, Julie Orlov has worked with clients on a multitude of issues. Her training, education, and years of experience enable her to understand human beings and relationships from a psychodynamic and systemic perspective. Within her private practice, Julie Orlov created and developed a “Parenting Helpline”, resulting in television, radio, and periodical appearances. She has also served on the Alternative Dispute Resolution Panel of the Los Angeles Superior Court, providing mediation services.

Julie Orlov continues to develop and expand the ways in which she contributes to the community. She has written and published articles on a variety of topics and is currently working on her first book. In addition, a talk radio show is in development, designed to create empowerment, self-expression, and community.
